As Above, So Below..
July is an active month in the cosmos, with much focus and influence from Uranus, Venus and Mercury. We start the month off with the third quarter Moon in Aries, taking place at 5:11pm est, 2:11pm ptd. As we are currently under the Cancerian sun, there is this need to dive deeper into our passions and move things further ahead. Mars in Leo feeds our ego and needs to push our ideas, however due to our stubbornness, we may be missing our moment. There is much to understand, digest and allow to settle, before making a decision. Under the third quarter moon, we discover this. The first full week of July has many exact aspects taking place, however two stand out the most. The Cancer new moon, on the 9th at 9:17pm est, 6:17pm ptd, and Mercury entering Cancer just days later on the 11th.
The collective slowly shifts its conscious to compassion and starts to see the shells we have been wearing, for what they truly are. This gives space for healing and forgiveness, which can ease the blockage felt in the previous week of the Aries moon. On the 17th we have the first quarter moon in Libra, at 12:11am est, 3:11am ptd. Reviewing our new moon intentions at this time, we can expect adjustments to be made. This moon highlights the need to break our silence and speak up about our desires. Pulling back from spaces that are undeserving of our attention and investments. Starting new projects at this time can have complications but can succeed in the end, with patience. Venus enters earthly Virgo on the 21st, giving us the much grounding energy we need, to focus on ourselves and gift ourselves with routines that reflect wellness, to improve our spiritual hygiene.
The sun shifts from Cancer into Leo, on the 22nd of July, which can feel like a relief as we receive a solar boost from our closest star. As the moon continues to grow, we prepare for the first of two Aquarius full moons, on the 23rd at 10:37pm est, 7:37pm ptd. With the Leo-Aquarius axis in full activation, we come to realize how much we have truly grown and have stepped up into our roles. Power, intuition and compromising our pleasures, can all be themes at this time. The final week of July is extremely potent as we have Mercury entering Leo on the 27th, Jupiter in retrograde re-enters Aquarius on the 28th, Mars enters Virgo on the 29th, and we end the month with the third quarter moon in Taurus on the 31st, at 9:16am est, 6:16am ptd.
Saturn sits in Aquarius, where the full moon of this month takes place. While the sun will be returning to its home sign of Leo. While Saturn represents the institutions, structure, boundaries and binding, and is a father of time, the sun is one of the main sources of life. Aquarius represents innovation and futuristic timelines; we may see this play out in this month and onward after this moon. Climate change, new environmental laws, political debates and arguments, online outbursts and outages, and extreme weather (heat, winds, rain), are expected. The sun creates life into these themes, for them to be activated. As Jupiter re-enters Aquarius, and the Taurus moon conjuncts Uranus; there are also potential themes of social restrictions returning.
